Our culture： 

責任：對責任的理解通?？梢苑譃閮蓚€意義。一是指社會道德上，個體份內應做的事，如職責、盡責任、崗位責任等。二是指沒有做好自己工作，而應承擔的不利后果或強制性義務。責任意識，是“想干事”； 責任能力，是“能干事”； 責任行為，是“真干事”； 責任制度，是“可干事”； 責任成果，是“干成事”。責任心就是關心別人，關心整個社會。
